Nick Knowlton has been a real estate broker for over 25 years. He has 15 years of experience as a real estate manager in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario with Canada’s largest realtor. Nick Knowlton receives a referral fee from the real estate broker, who is selected with your approval to sell the property. Often there is no cost to you; however, in some circumstances a coordination fee may be charged. This fee is approved by the executor or family member prior to any costs being incurred.
